A Mobile Home Park

We work very hard to make this park the best place to live. 

Since we acquired the park in 2022, we have been busy making improvements.

The park provides water, septic, heat, air conditioning, weekly trash picks up and provides a dumpster in the park as well as lawn care. Each unit has its own dedicated parking space. Units are unfurnished but come with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer hook ups. The park has over 16 video cameras around the park.  Park has a property manager and maintenance persons to address issues. The Park has a designated text  number to report any maintenance issues. The Park prides itself for a quick response to any notifications. 

We have a very simple process. Complete the simple questionnaire at the bottom of the page to request see the property. Should we have a unit that will fit your family needs then we will email you an application. The $45.00 application fee goes to TransUnion. Once  approval of your application and once good funds are deposited into the Park’s account then you receive the keys. We work on a first come first serve basis. Complete the application from the click here links and deposit the funds and you will have a new place to call home. Note any Credit report showing delinquent accounts that are in collections with bill collectors will not be approved. 

Tenants are still living in these units that will be available shortly. Property is seen by appointment only. You are welcome to drive through the Park, but do not get out of your car as folks need their privacy.

Applications are handled on a first come first served basis.

-We do not work with the United Way, HUD, or any other third party that pay rent. 

 -We are Pet friendly, allowing either one cat or one dog up to 25 lbs. Should you choose to have a pet we do require a $200 Pet Security Deposit.

-First, Last & Security Deposit  is required to move in. AKA three months of rent

-Your Credit report must not have any  credit accounts in collections. If you do you will not be approved.  

-Our policy is all rentable units are Non-smoking or smoking outside only. 

-You pay TransUnion $45.00 to do a credit and background. Anyone over the age of 18 who plans on living there must complete their own application.

Take Route CR49 at the corner where the Shell gas station and Eats Restaurant.

Drive on CR49 about at the  third road on the right go onto 94th street 

Lovely Oaks Mobile Home Park is on the left side about a quarter of a mile just after #10378 but before 105th Drive. 

From Ohio Ave South  

By the Burger King and the Bowling Alley 

Take Miller Street SE. drive what seems like two miles and Lovely Oaks Mobile Home Park will be on the right side just after 105th Drive
